Wiz Khalifa’s ‘See You Again’ Becomes the Most Viewed Youtube Video of All-Time

I have some wonderful news for all of the Wiz Khalifa fans out there! Congratulations are in order to the 29-year-old rapper and songwriter as his Charlie Puth assisted 2015 hit single, See You Again, has become the most-viewed video on YouTube in history.

Wit ha total of 2,894,970,917, the song has surpassed Psy’s Gangnam Style, which currently holds 2,894,970,917 views.

Written by Wiz and Charlie Puth alongside Justin Franks, See You Again was commissioned for the soundtrack of the 2015 action film Furious 7 as a tribute to the late actor Paul Walker, who died in a single-vehicle accident on November 30, 2013 in Valencia, California.

The video became the very first hip-hop song to reach a billion views on YouTube, and on September 3, 2016, as well as the first hip-hop song to reach 2 billion views, as well as being the second video ever to do so after Psy’s Gangnam Style.
