Tammy Rivera Clarifies “Weak Women” Comments, Says She Was Speaking About Herself
A few weeks ago, Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star, Tammy Rivera, made a very interesting statement when asked why she chose to stay with Waka Flocka, after he publicly admitted to cheating on her. While defending her love for Waka, she also dissed women in general stating:
“I think that’s weak of a woman to do that. It’s easier to walk away as opposed to than to speaking up! No we’re going to fight for this we got married. My family is worth fighting for.”
The statement caused an uproar all over social media, and now Tammy is looking to clear the air. During a call in interview to Atlanta’s Streetz 94.5, Tammy revealed what she truly meant:
@charliesangelll called the #STREETZ945 phone line decided to clear the air about those comments about women being “weak” for leaving a cheating husband. Tammy did NOT say those words exactly. She says what she originally said in the interview and explains her reasoning. #StreetzMorningTakeover w/ @joclive @moquickatl
