LISTEN: DNCE Releases the Dance Floor Ready ‘Kissing Strangers’ featuring Nicki Minaj

After teasing fans earlier this week, DNCE and Nicki Minaj have released a new song called Kissing Strangers. The song is rumored to appear on DNCE’s second studio album, which is scheduled to be released later this year.

It’s honestly surprising, as they JUST released their first album in November 2016, however, it’s not the first time an artist has released album’s within 6 months apart.

Moving on, Kissing Strangers is a cool funk-inspired pop song, reminiscent of their song Cake by the Ocean. Nicki Minaj adds a hip hop-soul-ish tone to the song, which is both shocking and refreshing, as though she isn’t really needed, she also manages to take the song to another level:

His earlier writings consisted of short stories and poetry, and in 2005, he began blogging for fun on Myspace about his favorite artists. After building a love for entertainment news, he began working for, and launched his own weekly show in 2009 called EnterSHADEment Talk, a web-show that featured celebrity gossip, news, TV/movie talk and fashion. After 8 seasons and over 200 episodes, Teonny decided to end the show in 2012. He shortly left Defglam in the same year.

In 2012, Teonny became the Pop Culture Expert for Sinuous Magazine, an online publication dedicated to providing a multicultural exploration of art, entertainment, fashion and social issues through a mix of news and thought pieces. After a three-year run, Teonny left the publication to pursue new interests, and now resides at, as the Editor-in-Chief, where he specializes in Pop Music, though he also dabbles in Fashion, TV/Film, Rap & introducing readers to new and rising talent.

Teonny is also part of a collective called The Bloginati, a Multifaceted group with people who touch on several forms of media.
