#ISSABOP: DJ Khaled Releases New Song ‘Top Off’ Featuring Jay-Z, Beyonce & Future + Announces New Album ‘Father of Asahd’

The Grateful era is officially over. Though DJ Khaled gave us The One and Wild Thoughts, DJ Khaled is hoping to capitalize of last year’s success. Yesterday Khaled announced that the title of his upcoming 11th studio album will be called Father of Asahd with the lead single featuring Beyonce, Jay-Z & Future.

Today, Khaled has released the song, called Top Off and it is a bop! Taking to Instagram Thursday night, he shared the single cover art using the caption:

“#TopOff ?? @djkhaled Featuring #JayZ @future @beyonce Available Every Where Friday 6am Eastern 3am Pacific SUMMER STARTS FRIDAY!!!!”

Released on June 23, 2017, Grateful debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200, with 149,000 album-equivalent units, of which 50,000 were pure album sales.

Serving as DJ Khaled’s second #1 debuting album, Grateful was certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America for combined sales and album-equivalent units of over 500,000 units in the United States and on August 23, 2017, the album was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), his first ever album to do so.

The album featured guest appearances from a wide array of artists including Future, Migos, Chance the Rapper, Nicki Minaj, Alicia Keys, BeyoncĂ©, Jay-Z, Justin Bieber, Drake, Rihanna and Calvin Harris – just to name a few.
