Drake’s Mansion Gets Listed for Sale at $20 Mil as a Prank
The lavish 7,500 square foot Los Angeles home Drake currently lives in went on the market this week for a whopping $20 million, a near $13 million price hike from when he first purchased it. Aside from the sticker shock, the other person shocked about it all was Drake himself. No his handlers didn’t mishandle his money and let the place go into foreclosure, a prankster listed the home online.
The home, which features a grotto, home cinema, games room, spa/massage room and library sparked the interest of an real estate agent Alexei Pavlov who called the “manager” to ask about representing the listing professionally which apparently lead to them confessing it was fake listing when pressed on the matter, but not before posting the listing in the official Multiple Listing Service and even garnering coverage by the Los Angeles Times. There’s no word yet of Drake going after the prankster, but it’s best to just leave it as is. Now the interesting part in this is that there is no mention of the prankster, who they are, but we have the name of the Realtor. Could this be a prank to get the agent more business? We think the real prankster is Alexei Pavlov and to that we must say, Bravo on the reverse psychology. it looks like you’re going to get a lot more business from this… but then again you listed a home for sale that you didn’t even see first, idiot.
Meanwhile, Glitzers, check out pics of Drake’s L.A. home below:
