In what has been an interesting week for rapper Bow Wow, just as it started, it is ending as an L for the former child star. On Thursday, Bow Wow credited himself in helping the success of singers Ciara, Omarion and Trey Songz:

“They wouldn’t even know half these guys that they love today if it wasn’t for [Scream] as a platform. We put Trey Songz on his first tour ever. I put Omarion on his first tour ever. I put Chris Brown on his first tour ever, which was the Scream tour. Ciara. First tour ever was that.”

He added:

“I can’t say they owe me anything. But I love to put people in positions to watch them succeed.”

While Bow Wow may have given them a platform to help them expand their fans at the beginning of their careers, he is NOT responsible for their success or for bringing them into the public eye overall.

Trey Songz caught wind of the interview and took to his Instagram account to address Bow’s allegations stating:

Chris also laughed off the allegations by going to Baller Alert’s official Instagram account and commenting under the video itself:

I guess it’s safe to officially say that Bow Wow has lost it.
