Beyonce, Bruno Mars & Chance the Rapper Lead 2017 BET Awards Nominations

The nominations for the 2017 BET Awards have been announced with Beyonce leading the pack with a total of seven nods including R&B/Pop Artist and Album of The Year for LEMONADE. Brunbo Mars comes in second place with five nods including Video of the Year.

Solange, Chance the Rapper and Migos tie in third place with a total of four nominations each. Love & Hip Hop fans will be pleased to know that Cardi B has scored not one but two awards one for Best New Artist and one Best Female Hip-Hop Artist.

The 2017 BET Awards will air live on June 25 from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles at 8 p.m. EST/ 7 CST on BET and Centric.

26 year-old Teonny Spears, is from a small town in Louisiana called Ferriday, where he currently lives. A fan of Pop music, Teonny began writing at a small age and in 2005, he began blogging for fun on Myspace about his favorite artists.
