Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s Twins’ Names Finally Revealed?

It was just two weeks ago when Beyonce gave birth to her twins with husband Jay Z, and though things have been hush hush due to the twins being hospitalized, it looks like the names of the twins have finally been revealed.

My sister Aleata shared a link from The Shade Room, who managed to get a tip from a reliable source revealing that Bey & Jay named them Sir and Rumi Carter. TMZ further states that the couples company that owns the trademarks to their names filed legal docs earlier this week to secure the rights of the names.

The name Rumi appears to be an homage to a 13th century Persian poet by that name — and Sir happens to be referenced in one of his most famous poems:

“Bring the pure wine of
love and freedom.
But sir, a tornado is coming.
More wine, we’ll teach this storm
A thing or two about whirling.”

The trademarks are for fragrances, cosmetics, key chains, baby teething rings, strollers, mugs, water bottles, hair ribbons, playing cards, tote bags, sports balls, rattles and novelty items:
