Accuser Says Nelly Asked to Have Sex Without Protection & Was Later Offered $100
This morning, music lovers and fans of rapper and actor Nelly were in for a major shock when it was revealed that the multiplatinum selling artist was arrested for second degree rape.
The alleged rape took place early Saturday morning around 3:45 AM and the woman is claiming that she was raped on the rapper’s tour bus, as he is currently joint headlining with Country duo Florida Georgia Line.
Things later took a turn as women came forward about the rapper’s “weird behavior” in a compilation of videos, including one from last night. Nelly apparently chooses young fans to bring to the stage where he proceeds to sing them sexy songs and touch their faces and play with their hair.
Nelly was released WITHOUT being charged following his rape arrest. Auburn police spokesman Commander Steve Stocker confirmed to the Associated Press that Nelly, whose real name is Cornell Iral Haynes Jr., was booked Saturday morning after being arrested at about 4:37 a.m. in his tour bus at a Walmart.
Now the woman who claims Nelly raped her says she had been partying with him before he forced her to have sex without a condom, but Nelly and his lawyer says it’s a lie. The 21-year-old woman says she and her friends met the rapper at a club that night where they partied with him at his table and got “tipsy.”
She says she was invited to an after-party and drove off with Nelly’s people and was taken to his tour bus. She was then taken to his room when he tried to have sex with her and she said no. She claims Nelly told her to “shut up” and said he wanted to have sex with her without protection, which she says he did over her objections.
Nelly then allegedly offered her money, which she declined, and then a woman came up and said, “You gotta go.” She kicked her off the bus and threw $100 at her.
Nelly has also spoken out against the allegations by taking to his official Twitter account:
